Exchange Policy:

• Requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery by emailing customercare@hamsterlondon.com with photos and details.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with intact tags.
• Exchanges are available within 7 days for orders shipped within India.
• Customers must ship the product back at their cost or opt for a pickup (courier charges apply).
• Exchange items must be of equal or higher value.
• No exchanges/returns for discounted or customized products.

Refund Policy:

• Refunds are not available. Customers can return products for a credit note (valid for 12 months).
• The return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.

Cancellations:
