Returns, Exchanges & Refunds:
We work very hard to curate only the very best products for you. We are happy to accept an exchange only if the product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged. We can either issue a credit note which can be utilised in a period of 6 months or you can immediately exchange the product
Certain products may have a no return/exchange policy such customised products, discounted products and products bought using a discount code or coupon .
How do I exchange a product in case of manufacturing defect or defective product?
Initiating a request:
- Write to us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receipt of the product along with photos and the reason for return/exchange. If it is later than this, write to us and let's work together to see what we can do.
- We will approve the exchange request if it is a exchangeable product. We will provide detailed instructions by email regarding pick-up. This will involve minimal hassle to you, we promise.
1. Please note we provide 7-day exchange for orders placed online on Hamsterlondon.com and shipped within India. If 7 days have gone by since the date you receive your products, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange. Please note that in case of an exchange the customer will have to ship the product back to us.
2. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the tags are removed it will be considered that the product is used and will not be accepted for exchange.
3. Customers can also exchange products by visiting any of our stores within 7 days. Locate our stores here. The product should be unused & tags have to be intact. Customers are requested to carry bill with them.
4. For minor colour and design variations in the products from the photographs shared on the website would not be eligible for a refund.
5. Exchange item must be of the same value or above In case of return.
6. For any exchange customer have to return the parcel at our place - (address) and courier charges will be applicable for resend parcel.
7. We can provide pick up service from our end if customer not comfortable to resend the parcel for an exchange but courier charge will be applicable for the same.
1. We don’t have any refund policy, in case the customer doesn’t want the product , they can send it back to our warehouse in a proper condition and at their freight cost .
2. Once we receive the return shipment via reverse pick-up or self-courier, it will be inspected by our quality control team, and an email will be sent to you to acknowledge the receipt of the returned item.
3. Please note that Exchange is allowed only once per order.
4. We can share a credit note if they don’t want any product in exchange .Credit note valid for 12 months.
You can cancel your order before the product has been shipped. To cancel your order call our customer care at +91 85953 46561. If the order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order. Instead, you will have to raise an exchange request once you receive the order.
