Shipping Policy

Purchases are shipped from our own warehouses. Our endeavour is to make the products reach you within 7 business days from receipt of payment. Order deliveries will be made by our own staff or third party courier or logistics companies usually between 9am – 5pm monday – friday, excluding public holidays. Products will need to be signed for upon delivery and acknowledgement shall be the conclusive evidence that the products are delivered. Delivery Charges

Returns Policy

To return any item that are discovered damaged or not as per your original order or the size does not fit properly, please contact customer service by email at customercare@hamsterlondon.com. The company shall decide whether the Product shall be replaced or not and the same shall be communicated to you. All defective Products which are not as per order must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return authorization number. Postage and charges for return of these will not be refunded. Please note that Products shall be in a saleable condition, unused with the product tags and shall be sent through a proper packaging to us. Please allow 7 days from the day we receive the product for your request to be processed. You will be communicated once your return is accepted/rejected. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy. Some special rules for promotional offers may override this Policy. Web money is the credit given to you by Hamster London in your account on www.hamsterlondon.com. This credit can be used to make purchases on www.hamsterlondon.com only and shall not be valid anywhere else. The customer has the option to redeem as much credit as he/she wants from his/her account. The remaining amount can be paid using the online payment methods available. The validity of web money shall be one year from the day it was credited to the customers account. Web money cannot be redeemed for cash or cash equivalent and can only be used for purchase of products. Unused web money shall expire on the date of expiry and will be no longer available for the customer's use.

At present, gift cards bought in store can only be redeemed in store, and e-Gift vouchers bought online can only be redeemed online. We currently run two separate systems for our store tills and our web store, but we are looking to integrate them so that we're able to offer one gift card which can be used both in store and online.

Please note that if you received a e-Gift voucher and you’ve got an account with us, the amount will be automatically added to your credit once you insert it in the ‘My shopping bag’ area, and the amount displayed in the e-Gift voucher field will be zero, as it’s already been added.
