Exchange Policy:
- Requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery by emailing customercare@hamsterlondon.com with photos and details.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with intact tags.
- Exchanges are available within 7 days for orders shipped within India.
- Customers must ship the product back at their cost or opt for a pickup (courier charges apply).
- Exchange items must be of equal or higher value.
- No exchanges/returns for discounted or customized products.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds are not available. Customers can return products for a credit note (valid for 12 months).
- The return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.
Cancellations:
- Orders can be canceled before shipping by calling +91 85953 46561. Post-shipping, cancellations are not allowed, but exchanges can be requested.

- Minor design or color variations are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
